Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract they entered into in our online store within 14 days of receiving their order.
This right does not apply if the customer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise this right, the ordered product must not be used in any other way than is necessary and permitted for determining the identity, features and function of the item when trying it on in a physical store. If the item has been used in any other way or if there are signs of use or damage, the online store has the right to reduce the amount refunded according to the decrease in value of the goods.
To return a product, you must submit a claim of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods, the form for which will be sent to you once you submit your request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. You must submit your claim to this e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer must cover the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for returning them is that they do not correspond to the goods ordered (e.g. wrong or damaged items).
The customer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting their claim or provide proof that they handed them over to the carrier during this period. The online store refunds all costs immediately after receiving the goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returns claim.
The online store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the item indicated in the contract or until the customer has provided proof that they have sent back the item, whichever occurs first. If the customer has clearly chosen a different delivery option from the cheapest and most commonly used method, the online store is not obliged to refund any cost exceeding that of the most common delivery method. The online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and insist that the customer return the goods if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the online store is substantially lower than the item’s market price.
